Welcome to FoodzLife. We strive to provide high-quality food products prepared with care and hygiene. As our products are edible food items, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure food safety and customer satisfaction.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original condition.
We accept returns or provide a replacement only in the following cases:

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Refunds
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Replacements
Where applicable, we may send a replacement product instead of issuing a refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
