1. Return Policy

As FoodzLife sells food products, including pickles, papad, spices, makhana and other edible items, returns are generally not accepted once the product has been delivered, for reasons of food safety and hygiene.

However, we will review and resolve genuine complaints in the following situations:

• The product delivered is damaged or leaking.

• The wrong product has been delivered.

• The package is received with a broken or tampered seal.

• The product is expired or past its declared best-before date at the time of delivery.

• The product is missing from the order.

Please contact us promptly after delivery so that we can investigate and assist you.

2. Reporting a Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Product

If you receive a damaged, incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your complaint, please provide:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photographs or a short video of the product, packaging and shipping label.

• Any other information reasonably required to verify the complaint.

Please retain the product and its original packaging until the complaint is resolved. We may request additional information to assess the issue.

The 48-hour reporting period is intended to help us investigate promptly. It does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

3. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate refund method.

Once initiated, refunds may take approximately 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider or bank. We will inform you if additional processing time is required.

4. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched by contacting FoodzLife as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. If payment has already been collected and the cancellation is approved, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method or through another appropriate method.
